Refund policy

At Zoma Luxe, we take pride in the premium quality of our luxury hair extensions. To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, our return policy is as follows:

1. 30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date. To ensure your return is processed, please contact our support team to receive a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

2. Condition for Returns (Strictly Enforced)
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unaltered condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
  • The bundles have been unwrapped or the security ties have been removed.
  • The lace (frontals/closures/wigs) has been cut, tinted, bleached, or altered.
  • The hair has been washed, brushed, worn, or styled.
  • Any original branded packaging or tags are missing.
3. Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of these products, the following items are Final Sale:
  • Lace Adhesives: All glues and tapes.
  • Hair Care: Edge control, wax sticks, and styling foams (if seal is broken).
  • Altered Hair: Any hair that has been handled outside of its original packaging.
  • Clearance: Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance."
4. How to Start a Return
To maintain our high-end service, all returns are processed through our Atlanta Distribution Center.
  • Step 1: Email support@zomaluxe.com with your order number and clear photos of the unused product.
  • Step 2: Once your RMA is approved, we will provide the shipping address for our fulfillment hub.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return:
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
