Shipping policy

At Zoma Luxe, we are dedicated to providing a seamless luxury experience from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; Zoma Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options through our Atlanta Logistics Center to ensure your hair arrives when you need it:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST).
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx).
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses using USPS. Please note that overnight shipping is not available for these locations.
4. Shipping Protection (Recommended)
We offer Zoma Luxe Package Protection at checkout. If you choose to opt out of this protection, Zoma Luxe is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
5. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred at the border.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
